Improvement of Drooping Nose with Functional Correction

The patient was self-conscious about a drooping nose with a bump, which also caused discomfort during physical activity. A conservative anatomical rhinoplasty was performed to remove the bump, correct the anterior and superior septum deviation, reconstruct the internal valve, and treat her drooping and bifid tip, all done without visible scarring and with minimal dissection. The postoperative recovery was straightforward, as seen in this photo taken just after the splint was removed, at 7 days.
